Legal

This build of CSDEGEN is a preview. Every balance, bet, prize and item on it is denominated in play-money coins. Coins have no monetary value: they cannot be purchased, withdrawn, sold, transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash, cryptocurrency, Steam items or any other thing of value. The cashier is shown for design purposes and is not connected to any payment provider.

Items shown in cases, battles and the upgrader are for display only: they use the skins' public Steam images, and their coin values come from a weekly market price list and are indicative. Nothing you win is kept as an item: every win is paid out instantly in coins to your balance. Items are not Steam items and cannot be moved to or from Steam.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher.
• You must not use the site where doing so is unlawful for you. You are responsible for knowing the rules where you live.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at support@csdegen.gg if you think someone else has access. We will never ask for your password.

• Every game result is determined by the provably fair system described on the Provably Fair page and can be recomputed by you from its seeds.
• A bet is placed when the server accepts it. The server's record of a bet and of your balance is final.
• If a result is produced by a technical fault, a bug, or anything other than the documented rules, we may void or correct it and the affected balance movements.
• Stake limits, game rules, house edges and prize tables are stated on each game and may change. Changes never apply to a bet already placed.
• Game limits: Dice has a maximum bet of 5,000 coins and a maximum win of 20,000 coins; Mines a maximum bet of 1,000 coins and a maximum win of 30,000 coins. A Dice bet or a Mines move that could pay more than its maximum win is refused before anything is charged. A Keno win pays at most 20,000 coins, and a Keno bet of 20,000 coins or more, which could never pay more than its stake, is refused.

Rakeback, daily rewards, the free-coins faucet, promo codes, the weekly race and affiliate earnings are offered at our discretion and may be changed, paused or withdrawn. Each is subject to the rules shown where it is offered. Rewards obtained through abuse, including multiple accounts or self-referral, are forfeited.

You must not:

• use bots, scripts or automation to play, claim rewards or post in chat;
• create or control more than one account;
• exploit a bug or error instead of reporting it to us;
• interfere with the site, its security or other players' use of it;
• harass, threaten or spam other players, or advertise in chat.

Found a bug? Report it to support@csdegen.gg. Honest reports are always welcome.

You are responsible for what you post. We may remove messages and mute or ban accounts that break these terms. Do not share personal information in chat, yours or anyone else’s.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and remove any coins, items or rewards connected to the breach. You may close your account at any time by emailing support@csdegen.gg.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Because coins have no monetary value, to the fullest extent the law allows we are not liable for any loss of coins, items, progress or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

CSDEGEN is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Valve Corporation. Counter-Strike, CS2 and Steam are trademarks of Valve Corporation.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant we will say so on the site. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.

It may be time to stop if you:

• play for longer, or with more, than you meant to;
• chase losses by betting bigger to win them back;
• feel anxious, irritable or low when you are not playing;
• hide how much you play from the people around you;
• let playing get in the way of work, study, sleep or relationships.

Tools on CSDEGEN:

• Vault lock. Move coins to the Vault and lock them for 1 hour, 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. They cannot be withdrawn until the lock ends.
• Self-exclusion. Email support@csdegen.gg and we will close your account for 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or permanently. We will not reopen it early, and we will close any new account you open during that time.
• Take a break. Set a time and a limit before you start, and stop when you reach either one.
