• Account details: your username, your email address if you provide one, and your password as a salted scrypt hash. We never store or see your password itself.
• Activity: your bets, case opens, battles, balance history, rewards and the provably fair seeds used for your results.
• Chat: messages you post in public chat, which other players can see.
• Referral: the affiliate code you arrived with, if any, and who you referred.
• Technical data: basic request information such as IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider may log for security and to keep the site running.

• to run your account, your balance and the games;
• to calculate ranks, rakeback, the weekly race and affiliate earnings;
• to show public information you choose to share, such as your username in the live bets feed, chat and leaderboards;
• to prevent abuse such as multiple accounts, and to keep the site secure;
• to answer you when you contact support.

We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

We set one essential cookie, cs_session, which keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. It is HTTP-only and cannot be read by scripts. We also keep small preferences in your browser’s local storage, such as whether the sidebar and chat are open and a referral code you arrived with. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. It is processed only by the providers that host the site and its database on our behalf, and disclosed to others only where the law requires it.

We keep your data while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account we delete your personal details and anonymise your betting history, which we keep only so that totals, leaderboards and provably fair records stay consistent. Server logs are kept for a short period for security.

Passwords are hashed with scrypt, sessions use long random tokens, and every balance change is recorded in an append-only ledger. No system is perfectly secure, so use a password you do not use anywhere else.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@csdegen.gg from the address on your account, or include your username. We will answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

CSDEGEN is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we delete any account we find belongs to a minor.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, say so on the site.
